James Brenner Obituary

James Dean Brenner was born July 10, 1955 to Ewald and Gertude (Will) Brenner. He attended Brenner Country School and Delmont High School, graduating in 1973. He attended Mitchell Technical Institute and graduated with a degree in Electrical Engineering. He lived in Armour, SD where he worked as an electrician for Red Fleming and later worked for Dick Brink and Matt Johnson in Corsica, SD. Jim was dedicated to his work and eagerly helped the people in Armour and the surrounding area. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and grilling. Jim went to his heavenly home Monday, October 27, 2025 at his home in Armour at the age of 70.
Grateful for having shared his life are his two sisters; Marlene Smutny of Gregory, SD, and Betty Freier of Little Rock, AR; sister-in-law, Julie Brenner of Delmont, SD; and nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, David E. Brenner.
