James Brown Obituary
James was born in New Haven on April 4, 1969, a son of Richard L. and Adele Porth Brown., A lifelong Branford resident, he graduated from Branford High School and subsequently worked as a computer technician until he retired due to injury and poor health. He enjoyed spending time outdoors in the Adirondacks and sailing, and was an avid gamer.
He is survived by his daughters, Rhiannon Ward (William) of Higganum and Rachel Brown of Middletown; his grandchildren, Vida, Wren, Estella, and Autumn; his siblings Deborah Avanzato (Joseph) of Odessa, Florida and W. Richard Brown of Southington, CT; and his niece Allison, also of Southington.
Services and burial will be private and are in the care of W.S. Clancy Memorial Funeral Home, 244 North Main St. Branford. Donations in his honor can be made to Tabor Cemetery, 45 Tabor Drive, Branford, CT 06405.
