Devoted father of Cheryl (Kevin) Curley and Michelle (Daniel) Price, Gary Buboltz, Ellen Kassel (Dale) and Daniel Buboltz (Robin). Dear Grandfather to Sarah Kassel (29), Ryan Kassel (29), Michael Buboltz (28), Samantha Larson (28), Alyssa Buboltz (26), Drew Kassel (25), Alyson Staley (17), and Brooklyn Price (14). Dear Great-Grandfather to Michael Buboltz (8) and Emma (17 Months). Preceded in death by his beloved wife of 50 years, Linda Buboltz; parents Lester Buboltz and Cecilia Buboltz and sister Pat Schnell.
James passed away peacefully on Friday, December 6th, 2024. James was born and raised in Milwaukee, WI and graduated from Pius High School in 1961. After graduating, he joined the air force at the age of 19 where he was on active duty for one month during 1962 and then continued to be in the reserves. James received a small arms marksmanship certificate of achievement in recognition for qualifying as USAF sharpshooter and completed various training courses in 1964. After his service in the Air Force, James had various jobs in multiple industries to support his family.
James made an amazing impact on his friends and family with his sense of humor and his profound strength he exhibited the past several years battling a variety of health issues.
Visitation and Memorial Services will be held at Harder Funeral Home, 18700 W Capitol Drive, Brookfield on Friday January 10th from 2:00 PM until time of Funeral Service at 4:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to the American Cancer Society would be appreciated.
