Deborah M Starck

Deborah "Debi" Starck of Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, passed away on February 12th, 2026, at the age of 71 in the comfort of her home with her husband by her side. Debi was born on October 11th, 1954, in Kewaunee, WI.

Debi was the beloved wife of Thomas Starck and a devoted mother to her sons Brian (Dana) and Jason (Lisa) Frea and stepdaughter Brianne Starck. She welcomed her daughters in law and stepdaughter, as true members of the family and cherished her granddaughters - Olivia, Lexiana, Savanna, Brianna, and stepgranddaughter Brielle- who brought her endless joy.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Calvin and Doris (Hildebrant) Lain, her sister Sandra La Blanc, and her brothers Scott Lain and William Lain.

Debi lived with a vibrant spirit and a personality that filled every room. Outgoing, candid, and never shy about speaking her mind, she brought authenticity and humor to those around her. She treasured her time at Pearl Lake, where she found peace and happiness, especially when surrounded by family.

She enjoyed her years working at Swag Promotions, where she formed friendships and memories that stayed with her. Above all, Debi valued the people in her life - her family, her friends, and the many who will feel her absence deeply.

In keeping with her wishes, the family will honor Debi with a Celebration of Life rather than a traditional funeral service. Her legacy lives on in the stories shared, the laughter remembered, and the love she gave so freely.

She will be profoundly missed by her family and by the many friends whose lives she touched.
