He was preceded in death by his brothers William "Buddy" Burke and Charles Burke. He is survived by his daughter Jessica Burke (Nathan Harrington) and grandson Luca of Lexington, KY; daughter Kendra Wells of Kenton, KY; son Shane Wells (Alex) and grandsons SJ and James Wells of Ohio; son Timothy Wells of Redbush, KY; sister Glenna Music (Roger) of Van Lear, KY; and brother Randall Burke of Sandy Hook, KY.
There will be a memorial service at a later date.
Day Funeral Service is honored to serve the family of James Alan Burke.
