Roland Carpenter was born on August 20, 1963, in Titus County, TX to Velta and Tribah Carpenter.
Roland is survived by his brothers; Kelvin Carpenter and wife, Lisa, Paul Carpenter and wife, Gina, Marlin Carpenter and wife, Melinda and his sister, Trina and husband, Mark Frere, his nieces; Ashlie, Tara, Holly, Kelsey, Savannah, his nephews; Jace, A.J. Tucker, and Alex.
Roland is preceded in death by his mother, Tribah Jack (Reynolds) Carpenter, his father, Velta Carpenter, his sister-in-law, Lisa (Blalock) Carpenter, his wife Alonda Vanhoose, and his ex-wife Sharon (Lumpkin) Carpenter.
