James Carter Obituary
James Scott "Scotty" Carter, age 38, of Gallatin, TN, passed away December 8, 2022. He was born November 9, 1984 to James Edward Carter and Tonya Lee Carter.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Tonya Lee Carter; and his sister, Mandy Lee Carter.
He is survived by father and step-mother, Stanker and Mi'Schelle Carter; his son, James A. Carter; his granddaughter, Ansley Carter; his brothers, Steven (Brittany) Carter and James Torrence; his grandfather, James D. Carter; his cousins, PeeWee and Mikayla Carter; as well as many more that he loved dearly.
Funeral services for Mr. Carter will be conducted on Wednesday, December 14th, 2022 at 1PM from the chapel of Woodard Funeral Home with Bro. Dean Sircy officiating. Interment will follow in the New Hope Cemetery. The family will receive visitors on Wednesday, December 14th from 11AM - service time at 1PM at Woodard Funeral Home.
