James Cavanagh, a former mailroom administrator and cherished member of his family, passed away peacefully at home on December 15, 2024, at the age of 87. Born on September 19, 1937, in Chicago, Illinois, James lived a life rich in love, dedication, and service.
James was a devoted father and grandfather. He is survived by his son, Christopher Cavanagh, and his daughter, Colleen Jordan. The joy of his life extended to his beloved grandchildren, Amber Jordan, Erin Spratt, and Odin Spratt, who brought him immense pride and happiness. His family will remember him not only for his cheerful spirit and wisdom but also for the countless memories they created together.
James was predeceased by his cherished wife, Barbara Cavanagh O'Cleary, whose absence he felt deeply. Together, they built a legacy of love that will continue to inspire their family for generations to come.
