James H. Clough Jr age 59 passed away on August 29, 2025.

James was born on July 16, 1966, to the late Susan and James H. Clough SR.

An avid fisherman and boatsman, James gained his love of the Rehoboth Bay at a young age growing up and raising his kids in Bay City, Long Neck, DE. James found hobbies in the simplest of activities - one especially being watching the ships come in at Battery Park, it was his ritual.

James spent 20+ years working as a dedicated repairman at Tom's TV, where he was known for his skill and reliability.

James is survived by his two children James A. and Andrew T. Clough Cooper (Josh); former wife Pam (Mike); Sisters Robin (Wayne), Mary (Benny), Joanne (Michael), Julie (Toby); brothers Stephen (Kim), Jeffrey (Terry), Francis (Carrie) and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and close friends. James was incredibly close to Andrea Moore whom was like a mother to him.

He was predeceased by his father James H. Clough Sr, mother Susan Sellers (Clough); stepmother, Mary Hocking Clough; brother Steve Moore Jr and sisters Patricia and Kathy.

Funeral services will be held at Mealey Funeral Home, 2509 Limestone Road Wilmington, DE 19808 on Monday, September 8, 2025. Family and friends are invited to a visitation from 11A.M. to 12:30P.M. Services begin at 12:30P.M. Burial will be held privately.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggest donations to James's name be made to Mealey Funeral Home.
