Jimmy was preceded in death by his father, Eddie Collins, and sisters Kelly and Shawn. He is survived by his mother, Patricia Stefancik; siblings: Susan Hale, Robin Sandt (Jim), Karen Williamson, Joe Collins, and Mary Collins; as well as his children: Danny Smith, Christen Smith, and Cassidy Collins.
