James M. “Jim” Conger, age 72 of Sabina, passed away on Wednesday September 24, 2025.
Born April 15, 1953, in Wilmington, the son of the late Daniel James Conger and Pearl Riley Conger.
A former Ohio Army National Guardsman, Jim had retired from drywall contracting after several years.
He enjoyed motorcycle trips and Club runs and was a former member of the District 5 ABATE Club, and a longtime member of the Eagles and the American Legion. Jim was a dedicated friend and family man... all who knew him, loved him.
Jim is survived by his wife, Connie Ham Conger and his children: Rebecca (Dave) Conger, Daniel “DJ” Conger and Kindra Sattler; stepchildren, Heather Ham, Micheal Greene and Jesse Greene; and his best friend, Blake Cunningham. Also surviving are 9 grandchildren: Krista (Eric) Walker, Jy (Sara) Walker, Gavin Walker, Andrew (Tracy) Rollins, Christopher Rollins, Martin (Alex) Dyer II, Wesley (Rohanda) Dyer, Coty (Katie) Jones and Patrick Jones and 15 great grandchildren; siblings: Ann Willison, Mary Pope, and Ben (Mary)Conger, along with many nieces and nephews.
Jim was preceded in death by Dora Sholler and Dave Conger.
A Celebration of his life and a time of remembrance will be on October 11, 2025, at the Sabina Moose Lodge from 2:00 P.M. until 6:00 P.M. If everyone coming could bring a covered dish, the family would appreciate it.
Littleton Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements and memorial contributions to the funeral home to help with expenses would be appreciated.
