James Cornetet Obituary
Kenny was on the road for 43 years as a truck driver, working for numerous companies. He was proud of his work and his union, Teamsters Local 89. Even after retirement, he spent 17 years with Paradise Tomato Kitchens. When he wasn't working, he would spend his time in the bowling alley or the racetrack. Kenny was an avid bowler and Nascar fan for over 50 years. He went to his favorite track, Talladega Superspeedway, over twenty times with his friends. Above all, he was a loving husband, father, brother, and friend.
He is lovingly remembered by his wife of 64 years, Judy Cornetet; sons, Kevin Cornetet (Angela) and Brian Cornetet (Desse); sister, Sandy Phillips (Ronnie); and brother, Wayne Cornetet (Kathleen).
Kenny will have a funeral visitation at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy., on Saturday, May 10, 2025, from 4:00-8:00 PM.

Good friend will be missed. We loved to talk cars when we were in high school at Shawnee. Judy, you have my prays and best wishes in your time of sorrow.
