In the late 1950's James was a campaign manager for Raymond Telles. James was a wonderful husband to Julie K. Schinagel, good father, a good grandfather and a good great & great-great grandfather. James enjoyed golf, playing poker and quality time with the family. A Visitation will be held 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a Rosary starting at 7:00 PM on Monday, December 5, 2022 at Sunset Funeral Home- Americas, 9521 North Loop Dr, El Paso, Texas 79907. A Mass will begin at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, December 6, 2022 at St. Raphael's Catholic Church, 2301 Zanzibar Rd, El Paso, Texas 79925. A Graveside will follow at 2:30 PM at Fort Bliss National Cemetery, 5200 Fred Wilson Ave. El Paso, Texas 79906. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home- Americas.
