James Crablo Obituary
Born in Kingston on April 7, 1953, James was the beloved husband of the late Alice (Rowles) Crablo, who preceded him in death in 2023. Together, they shared a life rooted in family, home, and devotion to one another.
James was employed as a security guard for many years. He was known as a quiet and steady presence, someone who valued his family deeply and took pride in being there for those he loved.
In addition to his wife, Alice, James was preceded in death by members of his extended family.
James is survived by his children and stepchildren, including James Crablo, Jr.; Joanne; Rosie; Mary Alice Sincavage and her spouse, Michelle Griffith; Linda Wyborney; Ruby Montagna and her spouse; Michael Vital III; and Mark Allan Vital, Sr. and his spouse. He is also survived by his son-in-law, John Danko; 27 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
Friends and family are invited to a viewing service on Thursday, February 5, 2026, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Yeosock Funeral Home, 40 South Main Street, Plains, 18705.
