My name is Nicole and I have been a neighbor and friend to Susan and Jim since I moved next door to them in 2002. Please accept my deepest sympathies. Jim was a really good guy and neighbor. I enjoyed our little over the fence chats and will miss him very much.

Hello! My name is Wayne Wieser. I attended St. Anthony's High School with Jim. Strange, but I got to know Jim in my Senior year. We were in Gym class! We spoke almost daily. He was very nice to me. Sorry to read about Jim's passing. I was a relative of Jim's through the Cunningham side, and was in his company on several occasions through the years. He was always a kind presence, and will remembered fondly.
