It is with deep sorrow that the family of James William Daniels, age 47, announces his sudden passing on Tuesday, September 3, 2024. James led a life filled with kindness, generosity, and a deep love for those around him. His unexpected departure leaves a void in the hearts of all who knew him.
Born on June 5, 1977, he was the beloved son of Lula (Montgomery) Daniels and the late James Daniels. James was the cherished brother of Genedine Mugia and her husband, Rick.
A devoted father, James is survived by his children: James N. Daniels, Larry Daniels, Sky Daniels and her fiancé Tyler Dorris, and Alexis Buck and her husband David. His love for his children extended to his role as a proud grandfather to James N. Daniels Jr., Jason Merrick, Alex Dorris, and one more grandchild soon to be welcomed into the world. His presence in their lives will be forever missed but never forgotten.
James is also deeply mourned by his loving girlfriend, Brandie Schwartz. She was his companion and confidant, standing by his side in both joy and hardship. He will also be remembered fondly by his close friends Jason Cluesman, Jay Plesky, and Mark Provost, with whom he shared countless adventures and unforgettable moments.
James had a big heart, known for his caring and protective nature. He placed his family above everything else and would do anything to ensure their happiness and well-being. Whether it was a family gathering or a simple day spent with his children and grandchildren, James treasured the time spent with those he loved.
James also had a special place in his heart for his pets, especially his two dogs, Lena and Yana, who brought him comfort and companionship. His love for animals was just another reflection of the kindness and warmth that defined him.
James will be deeply missed by all who knew him. His legacy of love, craftsmanship, and devotion to his family will live on in the hearts of those who had the privilege of sharing his life.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 11, 2024 4:30 - 8:00 PM at Solosy Funeral Home. A Funeral Service in honor of James will begin at 7:00 PM.
