James E. Daniels, 75 of Fremont, OH passed away on Thursday, October 30, 2025 at St. Vincent Medical Center in Toledo, OH. He was born on July 11, 1950 in Abbeville, AL to Warren Daniels Sr. and Dorothy (Harris) Johnson. James was a 1968 graduate of Fremont Ross High School.
He enjoyed watching various sports throughout the years.
James is survived by his siblings, Warren (Robbie) Daniels Jr. of Fremont, OH, Dorothy Bridges of Delray Beach, FL, and Napoleon Daniels of Cairo, GA; nieces and nephews, Derick, Gregory and Lameka Bridges, Joyce, Roger and Jimmy McKennon, Alvin and Tim Daniels, all of Delray Beach, FL; Craig Jr. of Columbus, OH and Cory (Jessica) Daniels of Cincinnati, OH and Saquena Atkins of Columbus, OH.
He is preceded in death by his parents and brother Johnny Lee Daniels.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 8, 2025 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at Wonderly Horvath Hanes Funeral Home and Crematory, 425 E. State St, Fremont, OH 43420.
Services will follow the visitation, beginning at 11:00 am at the funeral home.
Burial will take place at Oakwood Cemetery at a later date.
Memorials can be made in his honor to his family.
