James is preceded in death by his father, Charles Davis; uncles, Terry Boaz and Gary Boaz; aunt, Debbie Gooch; paternal grandparents, Jean and Neal Monk, and maternal grandparents, Coene and Don Hunter.
James is survived by his wife, Whitney and children, Bailey, Faye, and Jameson of the home; mom, Linda Davis, and partner David Helms of Pampa; brothers, Chris Davis of Amarillo and Michael Hickman of Palestine; sisters, Dana Davis of Pampa and Lori Kotara and husband Kent of Pampa; aunts, Dianne Wiltgen and Norma Bicknell and husband Ronky; uncles, Ronnie Boaz, Asa Boaz, Danny Boaz, David Boaz, and Ricky Boaz; countless close cousins; numerous nieces and nephews; and other extended family members.
