James Degenstein Obituary
James “Jim” Richard Degenstein, age 92, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 20, 2023.
Jim was united in marriage with Myrtice Broadbent on August 28, 1969. Jim spent his working days as a Truck Driver and retired in 1994. In his free time, Jim enjoyed hunting, fishing, bowling, and travelling down south (especially to Arizona). Jim will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Jim is survived by his loving wife, Myrtice; children, Dianne (Kenneth) Dorma, Denise (Richard) Huddle, John (Dawn) Wicklacz, Jody Wicklacz, and Jason (Vicki) Degenstein; 7 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; and sister, Millie Ekholm.
Jim was preceded in death by his parents; and siblings, Hilda Donahue and Duane Degenstein.
Jim will be laid to rest at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
