James (Jim) R Dils, Age 44, lost his nearly two-year battle with cancer on Saturday, February 10, 2024 in Phoenix, AZ. Jim was ever thankful for the accident that led to the discovery of his cancer, giving him the chance to build memories with his family.
Survived by his wife, Meg; sons Oliver (9), Felix (5) and Garrett (4); mother and step-father, Linda and Bob Rosell; mother-in-law and step-father-in-law, Mary Joy and Dan Sundby; father-in-law and step-mother-in-law David and Lisa Morrison; brothers-in-law, Will (Ashley), Tyler, and Taaron, and nieces and nephew.
Jim will be remembered by all who knew him, as an adventurous, witty and loyal friend. His students at Fremont Middle School will be all the better because of his high expectations, passion for his subject, and commitment to being there every day that he could be
We will celebrate Jim's life together on February 24, 2024 at Gracepoint Church in Las Vegas, Nevada at 10:30 am. All who knew him are welcome to come to support each other in our mutual loss and joy for having had Jim in our lives.

We are so very sorry to hear Jim passed. We have been praying for all of you and will continue to do so. We have hope that he is with Jesus without sorrow or pain. We loved playing games during the pandemic at community group with him and always enjoyed his company. Praying for comfort and peace.
