I just wanted to thank you for all you gave during your public service career's. You .have no idea how many lives you saved, changed and touched. I will always remember you and thank you for all the pep talks, kindness and friendship. And I will remember forever the night you called me in 1982 and gave me my job offer!!! RIP you were a great guy. God Bless you and your family. Always in my heart~

Chief Etzel was one of two people that hired me in 1982. I have nothing but fond memories of him. Jim was always so kind and included me in a few lunch's with him and Ginny. I remember stories about his kids he was so proud of. I just heard about his passing and wanted to send my sympathies and a big hug to Ginny for always making me feel welcomed. God Bless and may he REP and Love .....Kandi
