His family moved to Englewood, Colorado, where he met his high school, and lifelong, sweetheart Ginny Enyart. They were married on October 9th, 1960 in Littleton. Chief Etzel was one of two people that hired me in 1982. I have nothing but fond memories of him. Jim was always so kind and included me in a few lunch's with him and Ginny. I remember stories about his kids he was so proud of. I just heard about his passing and wanted to send my sympathies and a big hug to Ginny for always making me feel welcomed. God Bless and may he REP and Love .....Kandi
