Jim was a fellow high school classmate when we played in the high school orchestra. He played the Cello and I played the viola. I like Jim. He was a friendly and decent guy. I will miss him.

Jim was among many high school friends, all those years ago. A couple of years ago we reconnected and it was fun to talk about our lives, our families, snd the twists snd turns of our lives. Occasionally when he and Mary were in Michigan we would get together, and finally I met Mary. She was as perfect as he said.
It was a pleasure knowing him and I will miss his kind spirit, ready smile, and quick wit.

I’ll never forgot our last hug, Grandpa. Thanks for being my role model and hero over the years. You have always been “bigger than life” to me, and you lit up every room you entered with a grin and a laugh. From attending sports events to graduations to talking on the phone from opposite coasts, you have been supportive both near and far. I know one day we will meet again in heaven, but for now I will miss you. I’m thankful that the Lord blessed me with a grandpa like you.

We will miss Jim's wonderful laugh, camaraderie and smile. Sweet memories have already flooded our minds. What a privilege and gift it is to us to have been part of Jim's life and to have listened to Jim's many musical talents. We're sure that Jim is part of the heavenly orchestra now.

In loving memory of a wonderful Uncle Jim. We will love you and miss you always. In a world full of uncles, I was so lucky to get you. Not everyone is as lucky as I am to have an uncle like you to love. When it comes to having you for my uncle, I feel like I won the uncle lottery. Always loved, never forgotten, forever missed.

We have been honored and blessed to walk in this world with Jim. He was a most sincere , faith-filled and dedicated man, not to mention musician and bass singer! It was always a joy to watch him enjoy and consume a meal, and to discuss innumerable world events. He and Maryann have been, and are, a treasure. RIP, friend.
