James Foley Obituary

A mountain of a man in every sense, Jim was passionate and possessed a boundless Irish gift of Blarney. Jim loved roaring campfires, and raising a glass with his many beloved friends. As a founding member of The Muzzleloaders at The Oakland County Sportsman's Club, he was honored for a lifetime of outstanding service.
Jim was proud of his military service, his 30 year career as a HVAC tech at Pontiac General Hospital, and most of all, his beautiful wife and dedicated family.
An Irish Wake will be held on Sunday, November 27th at The Oakland County Sportsman's Club, 4770 Waterford Rd, Clarkston, MI 48346. Please arrive at 3:00PM for drinks & light appetizers. Services begin at 3:30PM with dinner to follow.
Our family is encouraging guests to share stories, readings, prayers and loving memories during the service.
In lieu of flowers, suggested memorial donations may be made to Karmanos Cancer Institute, mailcode LA04DS, 4100 John R, Detroit, Michigan 48201.
