James Foster Obituary

Elroy was a general manager at ROCO Industries for the past 38 years. He was a proud member of the NRA. He was a car enthusiast who was always working on fixing up a car. He loved animals, especially cats.
Elroy was the loving brother of Sharon (Larry) Cadman, Diane (William) Lonsway, Brian (Susan) Foster, Tracy (Gary) Ellison and the late Stephen Foster; step brother of James (Laura) Bousquet, Joseph Bousquet and many dear step siblings; nephew of Scarlett McMahon; closest friend of Ron Mahoney; uncle to many nieces and nephews.
The Foster family will receive family and friends from 10:00 – 10:30 AM Monday, October 6 th, 2025 at Jeff Monreal Funeral Home, 1000 Mentor Ave., Painesville. A funeral service will be held at 10:30 AM Monday at the funeral home. Burial to follow at Mentor Cemetery.
Donations can be made in Elroy's name to the Lake Humane Society www.lakehumane.org
