James Gramolini Obituary
March 23, 2025
Seymour-James "Jamie" Gramolini, age 51, of Seymour, passed away on March 23, 2025. Jamie was born on September 24, 1973, and is the son of Greg and Kathy Gramolini, of Seymour.
Jamie graduated from Seymour High School in 1992. He served in the USMC, before being employed as a lineman for Verizon. He was also a faithful friend of Bill W. His favorite activities were traveling, and hiking with his service dog, Cali. Jamie courageously fought against his demons, and while his journey was not easy, his strength and perseverance was an inspiration to those who knew him. Though his time with us was far too brief, his love will remain in our hearts forever.
In addition to his parents, Jamie is survived by his wife, Shaunna, his children, Cody and Mia, as well as two fur-babies, Cali and Groucho. He is also survived by his grandmother, Gloria, and his two sisters, Angel (Mike) Schwartz, and Tonya (Henry) Dzwonkowski. He also leaves behind many beloved aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
A memorial service for family and friends will be held on Saturday, April 26, 2025, at 11:00am at Riverside Community Church, 238 Freeman Rd., Oxford, CT 06478.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Murphy's Paw Rescue and Herren Project, in memory of Jamie.
