I am saddened to hear this news...Jim was a great, funny, awesome chef, who was a great host at many dinners that I attended at his home. He was a man of integrity and also forgiveness. I met him through our mutual friend Bruce Henry, who followed Jim to Heaven, just two days ago....only two months apart. There will be much laughter up there, when they meet again. Praying for strength for the family to get through this horrible time.

He was the reason I became a Chef! Classes at Harvey´s o Choclate, love of everyone and passion in all you did. I saw him last when I graduated Johnson and Wales as the first ever BS degree inCulunary arts. He proudly displayed sugar art I had done. He was one of a kind and I hate to hear he´s not here. This is me and my daughter, he would´ve loved to meet her. He will be missed but always loves
