James Hawkins Obituary
Jim was a wonderful person who loved life. Jim was a devoted son, husband and father. He had a huge heart and he was always willing to help anyone who needed it. He lived life to the fullest, and was always up for an adventure. He was a fighter by nature, and cancer was no exception, but unlike anything else that was not a battle he could win, so he's home with God now, cancer-free, reunited with Elaine and Bob. James will be deeply missed by family and friends.
No formal services will be held at the funeral home. Interment Cadillac Memorial Gardens West, Thursday December 19, 2024, 12:00 p.m.
Donations may be made in James' name to a charity of choice. Funeral arrangements made by Voran Funeral Home, 23701 Ford Road. (313) 278-5100.
