Mr. James Marion Huff, age 92, beloved husband of 65 years to the late Mrs. Sara Marchant Huff, entered into rest on Monday November 3, 2025.
He is survived by his sisters, Mildred Taylor, Minnie Pearl Salters, Annie Mae (Billy) Kissiah; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his wife he is preceded in death by his parents, John Samuel Huff and Carrie Ann Leach Huff Barton, one brother, two sisters and ten step siblings.
James was born on September 7, 1933 in rural Aiken County, SC. He was a faithful member of Christian Heritage Church in Graniteville. He loved to sing tenor and he loved the old hymns of the church. He volunteered his time to the Salvation Army and to his church. James worked as Foreman in the Roller Shop for Graniteville Company. He retired with 40 plus years of service. After his retirement, he and his wife Sara enjoyed Camping with friends. He also loved to sew and bake. He will be deeply missed and treasured by everyone whose lives he touched.
A visitation will be held on Thursday November 6, 2025 at 1pm with a funeral service following at 2PM at Christian Heritage Church in Graniteville. The interment will immediately follow at the Historic Graniteville Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be: James Cumbee, Jay Cumbee, Jason Cumbee, Johnny Salters, Justin Key and Ron Hicks.
