James Franklin Hunt, 61, of Salisbury, passed away Monday, September 11, 2023 at his residence in Salisbury.
Mr. Hunt was born July 4, 1962 in Charlotte, NC to the late James Willie Hunt and Zelma Allen Hunt. He was preceded in death by his son, Derrick Robinson.
Survivors include his mother, Zelma Allen Hunt; sisters Clair Livingston of Concord, NC; Angilena Hunt-Brown of Harrisburg; and Brenda Givens of Charlotte and brother, Willie Hunt of Alabama. Also surviving is his daughter, Hannah H. Wise of Kannapolis and his five grandchildren. Also surviving is his former wife and friend, Angela Carter Hunt.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, September 16, 2023 from 3:00 to 5:00 pm at Hartsell Funeral Home, 460 Branchview Drive NE, Concord, NC 28025.
