James Ion Obituary
James served in the U.S. Marines during the Vietnam War. He married Lisbeth Jean Brooks on July 2, 1971, in Portland, Oregon. Professionally, he worked for Puget Power and Light (1972-1998) and in a computer shop (2000-2003).
He loved helping fix people's computers, reading, cooking, and making candles.
James is survived by his wife, Lisbeth J. Ion of Centralia; sisters, Fran Woolley of Vancouver, Washington, and Jeanie (Steve) Mastel of Oregon; nephew, Doug Woolley of Montana; and nieces, Dana Barden of Gresham, Oregon, Heather Hamlet of Vancouver, and Robin Gannon of Vancouver. He was predeceased by his parents, Hubert and Frances Ion.
