James Iwanski, age 67, of Neillsville, WI died Thursday, January 22, 2026 at the Southwell Medical Center in Tifton, GA

James Joseph Iwanski was born on September 4, 1958, in Chicago, IL the son of James S. and Margaret (Wiatr) Iwanski. He attended McHenry High School and the Wyoming Technical Institute in Laramie, WY. He worked for Jet Fasteners Corporation in Chicago, IL. On June 12, 1982, he was united in marriage to Shirley Marie Housholder. In 1997, they moved to Neillsville and James worked at Nasonville Dairy. He retired from Nasonville in November of 2022.

James was a member of the Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church in Granton. He enjoyed trips to Florida to visit his parents, and he enjoyed his motor toys, like his quad-runner.

He is survived by a son, Jason, four brothers, Andrew Iwanski of Johnsburg, IL, William (Jenni) Iwanski of St. Charles, IL and Michael (Lisa) Iwanski of Charlotte, NC, and a sister, Victoria Blumm of Kenosha, WI, and a sister-in-law, Denise Iwanski of Tampa, FL.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley in 2022, his parents, a brother, Timothy, and a sister-in-law, Annette Iwanski.

A private burial service will be held at the Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church Cemetery in Granton.
