James Christopher Johnson, 57, Medical Technician at the Robert J. Dole VA Medical Center for 30 years, was born in Wichita, KS February 23, 1966, passed away December 26, 2023 in Wichita, KS. Chris was a total sports enthusiast. He refereed soccer for 31 years. His biggest love in life was his family, friends and helping others. He was preceded in death by his father, JB Johnson. Survivors include his wife, Cindy Johnson; son, Brent Johnson; mother, Lynn (Jim) Freese and brother, Jeff (Tammy) Johnson. Memorials may be made to Bishop Carrol High School and AYSO Soccer.
