James "Jim" M. Jones, 75, retired Computer Tech, died Monday, August 25, 2025. Funeral Service will be at 10:00 am, Thursday, August 28, 2025, at Riverlawn Christian Church.

Jim served 4 years in the Vietnam War. He was proud to represent the military in parades and other various events. He loved gaming, working with anything electronic, including his 3D printer, and tinkering in his garage. He also enjoyed riding his motorcycle, especially for Toys for Tots, watching NASCAR, the North Carolina Tar Heels, and the Kansas City Chiefs. Jim loved his 2 dogs, Lady and Sammy.

Jim is preceded in death by his parents, Eugene and Louise Jones; and two brothers. He is survived by his wife, Betty J. Bolles-Jones; son, Jody (Kristie) Jones; stepsons, Greg (Patty) Upshaw, Doug (Lora) Upshaw; five grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.

A memorial has been established with: Wounded Warrior Project, P.O. Box 758516, Topeka, Kansas 66675-8516.
