Sincere sympathy to the Keenan Family on the loss of your beloved Dad and Grandfather. Jimmy was an absolute gentleman and it was always good to be in his company either in Boston when we visited or in Dublin when he called to see our mother Rita. He always loved his trips home to Ireland. He always spoke lovingly of his family and particularly his grandchildren. May you always cherish your memories of him and may his gentle soul rest in peace.

To Dennis, Tricia and Brian,
Our family has lived next door to your Dad for many years, and I've known him since I was a teenager. He was a mentor to me at the church when I learned to be a lector and Eucharist Minister, and later a teacher at St. Joseph´s. I appreciated all he taught me as he gave me great advice and confidence in my new roles. I loved his genuine friendliness and sense of humor as well, and his great devotion to Faith and Family. I was thrilled when 23 years ago we moved next door to him. I enjoyed very much all the talks we had, standing at the fence we shared. He always knew everything that was going on, and was, as I am, very concerned about things happening in the world, the schools, etc. and truly hoped that there would be more integrity, more love, and more traditional values in how people acted these days. I cherished our conversations, and sometimes went outside when I saw him driving up, just so I could say hello, and converse with him. He mowed our lawn once when we were away, and let us know about an electrical issue we were unaware of. We were so grateful. I will also miss the times I got to see and speak with you Dennis, Tricia, and Brian. I love you all, and send my deepest condolences and prayers, especially in the days and weeks ahead. It's hard to look next door now, and know he isn't there. The light is on, but hopefully now he enjoys the light of Heaven. I will continue to pray daily for all, and especially for you, Tricia, that you will be well and not have any issues with your treatments. My love and prayers for all of you and your family, and to Helen as well, may God give you His peace and healing, every day.

To all the Keenan Family my condolences.
May God bless you and your family in this time of
sorrow. Your Dad and I grew up together and your Uncles and Aunt Diane as well. Jimmy was so full of
life and so funny. We used to run into each other occasionally at the Irish Dances or Castle Island. My Mom and Dad were friends of your grandparents and great grandparents. I´m sorry I couldn´t make the service as I´ve been in rehab.

To the dear Keenan family
Our hearts and love go out to you all for your loss of your Dad ! Jimmy was such a great friend to our Dad Billy DeWolfe from the time they spent together on the "T" and in their retirement! Jimmy when we met him had a huge warm smile , he wore his heart and sense of humor on his sleeve. Our Dad loved hearing his stories of all your accomplishments, grandchildren and his traveling. Jimmy and our Dad spent time on the phone as friends and as retirees of the "T" . They took turns driving each other the monthly Pensioners meeting, their monthly breakfasts and any other events they could attend and share together.. Your Dad and ours solved most of the problems of the world and shook theirs heads at what the "T" is like "now" Jimmy was a pleasure to be around anytime we were fortunate enough to be in his company ! I know you already miss his large enveloping personality and mostly his love for you all. My Dad was blessed to have him in is life and we all are so thankfully for his friendship to are Dad !!
Prayers and Love to you all from Billy DeWolfe and all of his family
May Jimmy Rest in Peace
Love
