James M. Lang, 82, of Elizabethtown, passed away peacefully at home with family by his side on Monday, April 28, 2025. He was born on April 29, 1942 to the late Henry F. and Evelyn (Rudegeair) Lang. He is survived by his loving wife, of almost 42 years Donna L. (Weikel) Lang.
A proud Navy Veteran James served during the Vietnam War and received a good conduct medal for his honorable service. After, he went on to be a business owner. His greatest joys were spending time with family, traveling, socializing, and most importantly raising his children to be good people. More than anything he was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, and friend.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Christine Brunner, Michelle Testerman, Gail Fox, and Connie Miller; twelve grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; and brothers, David and Gregory Lang. In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by his brother, Karl Lang.
A funeral service will be held on Friday May 2, 2025 at 12 PM at the Miller-Finkenbinder Funeral Home & Crematory, 130 N. Market St., Elizabethtown, PA 17022. A time of viewing will be held from 10 AM until the start of the service. Burial will be held on Monday, May 5 at 9:30 AM at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville with full military honors.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made in his memory to a Veteran Organization, Tunnels to Towers Foundation at dogood.t2t.org or St. Jude’s at stjude.org
