James David Lincicum

James David Lincicum aka
"Jimmy" of Tulare, CA was called home
to be with our Heavenly Father on
November 2, 2023 at the young age of 64
years old.
Jim was born in Montebello, CA.
where he spent his first few years of
life before settling in Tulare county,
except for a few years in Sonora, CA
which he loved and would have stayed
if his health had not declined.
During Jim's life he had a
passion for working in the family
business (L&L construction and well
drilling). He loved to build things
and was very hands on with
everything he did. His extreme
faith in God is what brought him to
meet, marry and spend the rest of
his life with Diana Lincicum. They
married in 1997 and merged their two
small families together and raised
four beautiful children.
Jim leaves behind his beloved
family; wife Diana Lincicum, daughter
Chrystal (Scott) Spencer, sons Shawn
Lincicum, Michael (Angela) Voyles,,
and Jesse Voyles. He loved his
grandchildren Taylor (Joel), Blake
(Paris), Cameron (Maddison), Hailey
(Joshua), Lance, Evan, sweet Gloria
and great grandson Dalton. He was
preceded in death by both his
parents, Jim and Delores Lincicum. He
will be missed by his siblings Debbie
(Bobby), Mike (Carolyn), Kenny (Zoie)
and Jon (Cindy) along with several
aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces,
cousions and life long friends.
His favorite bible verse was
John 3:16 "For God so loved the
world he gave his one and only son,
that whoever believes in him shall
not perish, but have eternal life."
and because of his faith we know he
is in Heaven looking down at all of
us and rejoicing.
His family invites you to join
us in a celebration of life honoring
Jim remembering the joy and love he
brought to all those who knew
him. Services will be held at Rise
Church 5702 W. Caldwell Ave.,
Visalia, CA on November 25th 2023 at
