James Peter Logio, 93 years of age, of Lower Macungie Twp., PA, passed away at home surrounded by his loving family on Friday, May 3, 2024. Jim was born in New Jersey, he was a U.S. Army veteran serving in the Korean War. James was a member of Cedar Crest Bible Fellowship Church, Allentown. Jim loved fishing, mastered many hobbies and was loved by his family and friends.
Survivors: Wife, Cassandra; Daughters, Lynn Spain (Roger), Debbie Politi & Judi Logio (Ginger); Brother, Dr. Thomas Logio (Linda); Stepdaughter, Christine Hartman (Jeffrey), Stepson, David Balliet (Denelle); 13 Grandchildren and 11 Great Grandchildren.
Services: 11 AM Friday May 10, 2024 at Cedar Crest Bible Fellowship Church, 1151 Cedar Crest Blvd. Allentown, PA. A calling hour will be held from 10 – 11 AM in the church. Arrangements by Bachman, Kulik & Reinsmith Funeral Home, Allentown.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the church.

"A Korean War veteran has passed away today." We all are grateful for your stepping up to the plate when your country needed you the most. James, you are now relieved from your post. A job well done fellow war veteran. America thanks you for your service to our country in the defense of freedom and democracy. The final bugle has sounded and taps is about to sound ending a successful career as a nation´s defender. Farewell fellow veteran. A Navy Vietnam Veteran.
