James “Jim” Anthony MacBain, 61 of Liverpool, NY, passed away on March 17, 2026 after a brief illness. Jim was born on July 22, 1964.
He graduated from Liverpool High School in 1982 and was predeceased by his mother, Mary and stepfather, Paul.
After he graduated from LHS, Jim entered the U.S. Army. He served three tours with The 101st Airborne Division and Special Forces.
Jim was a contractor, musician and a golf enthusiast. He loved to fish, cheer for his favorite NFL team The Dallas Cowboys, watching NASCAR on Sundays and just hanging out with his daughter and wife.
Jim is survived by his wife, Christine (Shultes) MacBain; daughter, Shelby MacBain; sons, Jeffery, James and Paul; siblings, Kathy, Joyce, Rich, Mark and Kim and extended family and friends.
There will be a celebration of life at a later date.
