James Edward "Jay" Mantlow, age 48 of Cross Plains, TN passed away at his home on January 29, 2026. He was born January 31, 1977 to his mother, Mary Traughber Mantlow and late father, James Ray Mantlow, in Springfield, TN.
Jay was a loving son, brother, father, and friend. He was dedicated and devoted to his faith and family. He loved and adored his daughter, Ayda Grace. Jay will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Jay was preceded in death by his wife, Ashlie Mantlow and his father, James Ray Mantlow. He is survived by his daughter, Ayda Grace; son, Bradley Gober; mother, Mary Mantlow; and brother, Joshua Mantlow.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
