To The Masucci Family, Me and my whole family are so sad to learn of Jimmy's passing. Growing up on Potter Hill was such a blast, with so many memories of all of us kids raising cane...Jimmy was such a nice and fun kid and man...and I have so many great memories of times we all had, especially the summers. Jimmy had a heart of gold, and he will be missed by me and my family, and so many others. My deepest sympathies to his entire family. God Bless You. Love and Prayers, Lorraine

Jimmy, new I had a massive love to music. Hence, I would like to end with this:
"Goodbye my friend . . .Maybe for forever. . .Goodbye my friend . . . The tide waits for me. Who knows when we shall meet again, if ever; But time keeps flowing Like a river . . . To the sea . . . Til it's gone forever.
I thirst but never quench . . . I know the consequence, feeling as I do;
We are in a spinning top . . . Where, tell me, will it stop?
Open our music book that only few can look . . . And I'll write a song for you,
Love is a symphony, hearts in one melody . . . Cause I'll write a song for you
Sounds never dissipate, they only recreate In another place and time
There's in your silent night . . .Joy of a song's delight
Feelings we try to chase . . . Memories that won't erase . . . Stay forever new.
To everything turn, turn, turn
There is a season turn, turn, turn
And a time to every purpose under Heaven
A time to be born, a time to die
A time to plant, a time to reap
A time to laugh, a time to weep.
And the seasons, they go round and round
And the painted ponies go up and down
We're captive on the carousel of time
We can't return, we can only look . . .Behind, from where we came. . .
And go round and round and round, in the circle game (the waits for no one)
Thoughts and prayers,
Kevin Kelliher

Masucci Family,
So sorry to learn of the passing of Jimmy.
I knew his family his dad was and Ex Police Officer.
His older brother Lou was a retired Police Officer with me on the Westerly Police Department. His brother Mike is presently a Police Sargant with my son Lance on the Groton City Police Department.
Jimmy and I both worked for the Town of Westerly. Jimmy was real friendly guy and left many friends behind. He will be missed in the local stores. I had an hour-long conversation with him at Walmart in November. After our talk I told him I would pray for him. A handshake and hug ended our conversation. I spend my winters in Florida, upon my return two days ago I learn that Jimmy had passed away. Rest in peace Jimmy no more pain and suffering.
Where we are now Jimmy was. Where Jimmy is now we shall be.

Mr Masucci, Lou, Mike, Lisa, and Julie,
Please accept my deepest and most "heartfelt" condolences.
Ran into Jimmy a couple of months ago out an about in Westerly. A one (1) minute "hello" turned into one (1) hour. We both shared our health struggles with cancer and it's various treatments. Add to this the numerous orthopedic surgeries, heart, circulatory valve issues, to name a few, and we quickly switched our conversations to more happier thoughts.
At this point, we both loosened up, I started doing vocal impressions (talking and singing- reminiscent of my mother Patty Kenyon) along with Jimmy doing his "ad-libbing" and before you new it . . . we had everyone in stitches. He as hilarious to be around and brought that out in you.
Jimmy was such a kindred soul and a spiritual messenger of "enjoying the life we have on this earth". My thoughts will always hold near and dear.
Hold the memories of Jimmy near and dear, may they guide you and be your strength moving forward.
Thoughts and prayers,
Kevin Kelliher

I went to Chariho & graduated with Jim. He always has me laughing. He used to call myself and 2 of my friends "Charlie´s Angels" and of course he was Bosley.
He was a bright light that went out too soon. May God give you comfort for your loss.

To all Jimmy's family and friends, I am very sorry to hear this. I grew up with Jimmy on Potter Hill Rd.. I remember camping out in my tent in our yard opposite Mr. Johnson's house, trying to keep him busy. We were always up to something and had many great times roaming the streets after dark. We had a group of friends always ready to count on whether it be building forts, hanging out at one of the designated giant rocks in one of the neighborhoods, building a running course in the woods, walking or riding our bikes everywhere in Westerly back in the 70's. To his grandchildren, I say "we had many great times chasing dinosaurs". God be with you all. Jacquie.

I knew jimmy and family growing up on potter hill, spent many hours on my gravel pile driving trucks, his family are the nicest people i ever met. I remember his grandmother always giving us something to snack on, always loved going to his house to see what was on the menu, jimmy's parents were so nice to me it was like a second home, people will miss him in a big way!

Meredith as you well know Jimmy was my sidekick in laughter. I don't know whether or not it was because our birthdays fell on the same day November 30th. But no matter where we were especially at work we could take a bad day and turn it into a unscripted comedy show. These memories will always make me laugh and smile when I think of the times we spent together.
Like going out for coffee. We would have Dunkin donuts employees in stiches. Jimmy,R.I.P my good Ole friend, I will miss you and never forget your friendship and what it meant to me. Joe Cimalore

Jimmy and I had dreams of becoming OTR truck drivers when we graduated high school. But instead we took to roller skating instead. He did go on to get his CDL though. Jimmy and I would wash and wax our cars getting ready for the weekend. Jimmy's boys are cousins to my son. We had some great times together. I will surely miss this guy.
