James Matthews Obituary
James was born on April 19, 1949 to Joe Ed and Pattie Matthews in Fort Worth. He attended Daggett Elementary and Junior High Schools and Paschal High School. Following graduation from the University of Texas and U.T. Law School, James practiced law with Shannon, Gracey, Ratliff & Miller and later with Ross & Matthews law firms.
James was preceded in death by his parents and son, Ryan. He is survived by his loving wife, Gerry, daughter and son-in-law Shea and Matt Patterson, grandsons James and Michael Patterson, and sisters Joanne Moler and Eloise Matthews.
