James "Jim" Lee Miller, age 75, of Wesleyville, passed away on Saturday, September 13, 2025.

Jim is survived by his long-time partner, Patti Bartlett; his daughters, Jenna Turner (Kevin) and Erin Presogna; his son, James Rodkey; his stepson, Gary O'Connell; and several grandchildren. He is also survived by his siblings, Ken, Kathy (Ross), Steve, Charlie (Alice), Al (Natalie), Mike and Scott (Tracy). He was preceded in death by his parents, Marshall Miller and Norma Simmer; his sister, Michelle; and brother, Archie.

Jim lived a life rooted in hard work, humor, and love for the outdoors. He was an avid hunter and fisherman who felt most at peace outside, whether in the woods, or tending to his garden. A skilled carpenter and natural "Mr. Fix-It," Jim could build or repair just about anything.

Those who knew Jim will remember his sharp wit and unforgettable storytelling -each tale as funny as the last, no matter how many times it was told. His back room was often filled with laughter and good company. Tough as nails, dependable, and endlessly resourceful, Jim always provided for those he loved.

He will be remembered as truly one of a kind and will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who had the gift of knowing him.

At the request of the family, private arrangements are being handled by the Dusckas Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc. Condolences may be sent to www.dusckasfuneralhomes.com.

I am so sorry to hear of Jim's passing. He was a good friend to Cork and did so much for us at home and camp. We couldn't have done it without him. His stories sitting around the fire, having a brewski after working all day will give us all great and fond memories. I'm sure Cork and him are reminiscing too right now. My condolences Patti, and all his family for your loss. love, Rita Rice

Uncle Chuck we are so sorry. Jim was always teasing and telling jokes and I remember him building things all the time when I was little. He was talented and always really funny. We love you guys and Jim would want you to laugh even if crying feels easier. We are sorry for your loss and we love you.
