James Moon Obituary

He was born April 24, 1954 in Vestaburg, PA a son of the late James and Sara Sharrett Moon.
Jimmy was a graduate of Beth Center High School.
He was employed as a coal miner at Vesta 5 and several other area mines, also with Motorola in Tempe, AZ for 10 years and later as a delivery driver with Deblasio Beverage in Canonsburg.
Jimmy was a member of the First Christian Church in Brownsville.
Hunting, fishing, family and friends were important to him as well as water sports and boating in his younger years. Jimmy also enjoyed refinishing antiques.
Surviving are his wife Marla Hammers Moon and a son Jaison Moon (Sheri).
Deceased are his parents and grandmother Alice Sharrett.
Funeral Services were private and under the direction of the John B. Greenlee Funeral Home, Ltd., 2830 Main St. Beallsville, PA.
