Survived by his wife, Mary Pachmayer Padgett; two daughters, Crystal Morris, and Megan Thomas; son, Thomas Morris; stepchildren, Kelly Madge, Cari Ayton, John Beall; brother, Tony Morris (Danelle Lejeune), sister Stephanie Springs (Ricky); grandchildren, Kinlee, Reagan, Everett, Jonathan, Paisley, Declan, Tessa, Aiden, Scheyler, Arianna, Trinity, Annalise; great-grandchildren, Caroline, Emberlyn; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A family gathering to celebrate Darryl's life will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, November 1, 2025 at 5609 Zion Church Rd, Concord, NC 28025.
