James O'Docherty Obituary
Born in Greenock, Scotland, UK, James was the son of the late, James O'Docherty and Elizabeth O'Docherty.
James was an avid snow skier who also enjoyed boating, technology and mechanical engineering. Jim's Scottish ingenuity coupled with his brilliant brain brought about a redesign in automotive airbags. Jim was awarded several patents for his accomplishments. Above all else, James loved his family with his whole heart. He will be deeply missed.
Survivors include his loving wife, Susan O'Docherty; son, Finlay O'Docherty; daughter, Deborah O'Docherty; granddaughter, Violet O'Docherty; grandson, Callum O'Docherty; and brother, John O'Docherty.
In keeping with James' wishes no service will be held at this time.
The family would like to express a special "Thank You" to all the members of the Sunrise Hospice Team.
