I have many fond memories of Jim, "Little" Jimmy and Jim's parents and sisters. Jim and I would talk for hours about life, the airline industry and getting thru tough times. I'm so thankful Jim and his family were part of my life.
Many prayers for comfort to Jim's sisters and Jimmy's family. Feel free to reach out to me if you'd like to chat.

Cannot believe he has left us in the physical world. We both enjoyed posting on the local Facebook group and one day we ran into each other. He took time to look over my son's fancy bike and even volunteered to help him fix it. I enjoyed Jim's incredible eye for capturing breathtaking photos, especially those of all the sunsets and animals and his witty humor could make me spontaneously laugh as I scrolled through Facebook landing on one of his humorous posts. He always made a point to say hi to me whenever we connected in that Facebook group. I moved away and when I checked in that group I noticed his photos weren't being posted and I decided to reach out to him. Sure enough he was not well, but still the same Jim I always remembered. I sent him a few photos of some sunsets I saw and I am so glad I did. Jim was a strong soul and really didn't want to worry anyone, so there wasn't much mention of what he was going through, quite a private person really. But he made it very clear to me how much he loved his son (and grandchild) via the way he wanted to protect him from his struggles as long as possible, he just wanted his son to be alright and keep doing his best enlach day.
Jim enjoyed his life it seemed by the few phone conversations we had towards the end of his life and I am glad for him for so many reasons.
I always think warmly of Jim especially when I take a special photo or see someone giving back to the community because Jim really cared about people and brightening his community.
I wish all his close family and friends and community members, my sincere condolences. Whenever you see a sunset that reminds you of one Jim would like, may you enjoy it, capture it and share it with others.
I am sorry I won't be able to attend the funeral being so far away, but I am there in thoughts and spirit. All my love, prayers and warm thoughts are sent your way. Sincerely, Breanna
