James Joseph "JJ" Osmolski, age 29, of Worth Illinois, passed away suddenly on September 29, 2018 at his residence.

James was born December 6, 1988 in Chicago, IL to James Osmolski and Lisa Perna, both who survive. Early this summer I had the pleasure to meet this amazing gentleman by the name of Jay Osmolski. We connected in a very UNEXPECTED and AMAZING way. We instantly fell crazy in love like a fairy tale. We became inseparable and fully devoted to each other. We established an instant bond, trust, friendship, love, and happiness. Most of all we began to plan out our future together. We had started our "happily ever after". Together we felt complete and instantly knew that we wanted to spend the rest of our lives together. Unfortunately, on September 29 our plans changed. I suddenly lost my best friend, love and soulmate and God gained an angel in heaven. Our life together was very short, very real, very pure but most of all very happy. I'm now left with a void that I'm not sure if it will ever be filled. He made me the happiest woman alive. He made my entire being complete. No one will ever understand how we felt.. it was amazing, passionate and magical. We both experienced and exchanged an UNEXPECTED and UNCONDITIONAL LOVE that some people will NEVER experience in a LIFETIME. We were truly blessed and honored with this amazing thing called LOVE! Our love was one of a kind. So to my love and soulmate Jay Osmolski I will love you forever. You will always be in my heart. I promise to love you every single day of FOREVER. Thank you for being such an amazing human being, for loving me, for all the laughter and great memories and for making me the happiest and luckiest woman alive. I will cherish our moments and treasure you forever. God, thank you for giving us the opportunity to cross paths and experience what true unconditional love is all about. Jay baby, may u watch over me and your loved ones. With all my heart, Arely- your soulmate.
