James Russell "Jim" Phair

I met Jim when I was working in the administration building at the Fair. He was always so positive, friendly, and pleasant to work with. Very sad to hear he has passed. He will certainly be missed by many people. My condolences to his family and friends who will certainly miss him.

Whenever I saw you, whether it be at EJ's or the Puyallup Eagles, you always had a smile and a kind word. Keep Sambo and Beaver in line now that you are up there with them. My deepest sympathies to your family!

Jim was a fantastic man, he made us feel like part of the family whenever we were fortunate enough to be in his company. Our love goes out to his wonderful family.
