James "Lynn" Roberts Jr.

James Lynvell Roberts Jr., born on September 29, 1968, at the age of 55 passed away on August 2, 2024. He was a resident of Ponchatoula, Louisiana. Lynn was a huge family man where the most important thing to him was being the absolute best father and husband he could be. He was a caring man who would give you the shirt off his back to anyone in need. Lynn was known for his infectious personality; to his friends he was like the brother they didn't have. He enjoyed riding his motorcycles, fishing, boating, cooking, and working on cars. His garage was always open and full 24/7. Most of all he cherished the time he spent with his family. Lynn was a loving husband, father, brother, grandfather, and uncle who is greatly loved and missed. He always said that he had everything in this world he could ever want. Lynn is still living the dream.
Lynn is survived by his wife Debbie Roberts; daughter, Tiffani Roberts; sons, Kyle Roberts and Austin Roberts; sisters, Annette Griffith and Beverly Payne; and grandson, Sawyer Roberts, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Lynn is preceded by his mother, Vivian Ford Roberts; and his father, James Lynvell Roberts Sr.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation at Brandon G. Thompson Funeral Home at 12012 Hwy 190 W. Hammond, LA 70403 on Thursday, August 8, 2024, from 4:00 p.m. until service time at 6:00 p.m.
